Your Account Design
SUITE 1000 understands that working successfully with a client requires a partnership. We take a consultative approach. We ask good questions and then we listen. Every client's situation and goals are different. We want to know what is important to you. Then, Suite 1000 can put almost 30 years of experience to work to design a program that gets you the results you want. This includes advice on when and how to route calls to us, what types of calls you should route to us, and how to structure your account to control your costs.
Your Budget
Suite 1000 doesn't just provide you with pricing. We give you an estimate, in advance, of the total cost that we expect you will incur each billing period. Once you begin service with us we will contact you after your first week of activity to compare your actual call volume against your initial estimate. If your call volume is heavier than you projected, this gives you an opportunity to make changes before you get your first invoice. We can even provide an ongoing monitoring system to keep you continuously updated on your usage. We make sure you stay in complete control of your budget.
Your Account Implementation and Maintenance
When you become a client, you will have a personal Customer Service Manager assigned to you whose job is to ensure your continued satisfaction after the sale. Your Customer Service Manager will stay in contact with you on a regular, scheduled basis to ensure that your account is running smoothly and stays updated. If you have a question, you will never have to deal with voice mail. You will always speak with a real person who can actually help you. We make sure you stay in control on your account.
