Scheduling
We hire employees for specific shifts and hours. We do NOT practice shift bidding.
Suite 1000 is open 24 hours 365 days per year for our customers. Therefore, you must be willing to work on some holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. If you are selected for a telephone or in-person interview, our recruiter will discuss the holiday schedule with you.

1. In the subject line enter: your last name, your first name - FullTime 2. In the body list the following information on separate lines: a. A daytime phone number b. Are you currently working anywhere? (Answer yes or no) c. If you are currently working, list the name of the company, your work hours, and your work address d. List the name of the company at which you have previous call center or receptionist experience. e. Are you able to work the schedule listed above every week? (Answer yes or no) 3. Copy and paste your resume below the information listed above. Do NOT attach your resume. It must be in the body of your e-mail to be reviewed. Your resume must show all work experience including part time jobs, complete dates of employment for each position (a minimum of month & year for both start date & end date) and ending pay rate for each position. Please verify your resume contains all of the information requested so that your inquiry can be processed in a timely manner.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for positive, friendly customer service representatives. To be considered for one of our positions you must:
- Have excellent grammar, diction, communication and spelling skills.
- Type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Have a minimum of one year of telephone experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, etc.
- Have basic Windows computer skills and Internet navigation skills.
- Have a working knowledge of Word and Excel to assist with administrative tasks.
- Have proficiency with basic math skills.
NOTE: If you are selected for an interview, your spelling, math, typing and computer skills will be tested.

We are within minutes of three major highways: I-77 (Woodlawn Exit), I-85 (off Billy Graham), and I-485 (off I-77 or South Blvd.), so reaching our office is very convenient. FREE parking is available directly in front of our building.

We want you to have a successful career with Suite 1000. To do great work, you have to get great support. We make sure that you get the training you need to be truly prepared to handle your work.
We don't just give you theoretical classroom training and then throw you into your job. You work one-on-one with a trainer, listen in on real calls, and have practice sessions on copies of real accounts.
Once you progress to live calls, a trainer is still beside you, helping you every step of the way. Our emphasis is on making sure that you truly understand procedures, get lots of practice performing them correctly, and are comfortable and knowledgeable when you talk with callers. Training is about learning, not speed. We want you to be in the driver's seat when it comes to training, even after you graduate. You can request additional training on ANY subject at ANY time.
Once you are assigned to a team, it is EVERYONE'S job to help make you successful. You will actually grade your co-workers and your supervisor (anonymously) every quarter on how helpful and responsive they are.
Answering calls is the MOST important job in the company. Everyone, including company managers and the President are required to spend time on the phones on a regular basis to ensure that they stay focused on our number one priority - providing great phone service to clients and great support to our customer service representatives.
