      Hourly, Half-Day, and Full-Day Space Rental

• Availability: 7am-9pm, 7 days a week.
• Central Location: 4801 Chastain Ave.  Two blocks from I-77 Woodlawn exit and 10 minutes from the airport, I-85 Billy Graham exit, I-485 South Blvd./Hwy 521, and downtown via Tryon St./Hwy. 49 (see map below).
• Parking: Free parking in front of the facility with direct access to the conference rooms.
• Catering: Unlike hotels, we do not require you to use in-house catering with high markups.

      Large Conference Room

• Round table seating is available for up to 42 guests (seven tables with six seats per table).

• Round table seating is available for up to 18 guests (three tables with six seats per table).
• Six-foot square tables (and table cloths) are also available to be arranged into various size conference tables or into a horse-shoe arrangement.

      Private Office

• Desk, executive chair, hutch and two guest chairs
  
• The office will also accommodate an additional round conference table for four.

      Additional Amenities

• Flip chart and markers for visual presentations.
  
• Television and VCR.
  
• High-speed Internet access.
  
• Telephone and table-top speaker phone for conference calls.
  
• Office services such as copying, black and white printing and color printing.
  
• Adjoining kitchen.
  
• Coffee.
  
• Catering.

Location

From I-77: Take the Woodlawn Road exit.  At the end of the exit you will merge right into traffic.  Go approximately two blocks.  Look for the Bojangles on your left and the Best Western Hotel on your right.  Turn right onto Chastain Ave. just before the hotel.  The conference facility is in the first office building on the left – 4801 Chastain Ave.

From the intersection of Tryon St. (Hwy. 49)/Billy Graham Parkway, & Woodlawn:  Continue down Woodlawn (away from the airport & towards the I-77 exit).  Pass the exit and go approximately two blocks.  Look for the Bojangles on your left and the Best Western Hotel on your right.  Turn right onto Chastain Ave. just before the hotel.  The conference facility is in the first office building on the left – 4801 Chastain Ave.

From the intersection of South Blvd. & Woodlawn: Turn onto Woodlawn going towards the I-77 exit and the airport.  Cross over Old Pineville Road.  Look for the Bojangles on your right and the Best Western Hotel on your left.  Turn left just past the hotel onto Chastain Ave.  The conference facility is in the first office building on the left – 4801 Chastain Ave.
