What are we looking for?

• At least of one year of telephone experience as a receptionist or customer service rep.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Excellent spelling skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic Windows computer skills and Internet navigation skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
